By placing an order in this website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. Orders are subject to availability according Green Café Collection and confirmation of the order price.
Shipping times may vary according to availability with our selected carrier and subject to any delays resulting we will not be responsible.
In order to shop in this website you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method by a bank acceptable to us.
Placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Note below our return policy before making a purchase. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
We ensure that all details, availability, descriptions and prices of products which are listed on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Note that shipping is international and delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’ in your shopping cart.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
We encourage to ask for a sample or buy a small bag of green coffee before buying larger quantities. Green coffee may not match exact its review due different factors such as variables in roasting, brewing and storage. Also people differ with tastes due coffee complexite and variability. Reviews are an approximation to what we believe coffee taste. For this reason and since coffee is a food product we do not accept returns on green coffee.
Art & Stuff Returns
We cannot offer a "satisfaction guarantee" on merchandise or coffee. Most of our Art & Stuff merchandise is design by artisan, artist or designers. This means that quantities are very limited or one time collection. We believe we offer good quality products and check them one by one to be sure they match perfect conditions to sell. Please read descriptions and purchase in good faith, we are honest in our reviews, if you have any question please contact us before buying it.
Shipping Damage & Mistakes
Open and inspect your package as soon as you receive it. Note that items such green coffee and merchandise are shipped from Colombia. This means that often customs and anti narcotics agencies open and inspect goods as a normal security procedure. For any reasons if your shipment was badly damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please contact us with photos as soon as possible and we will take care of the issue. Damaged merchandise must be reported within two weeks of delivery.
Finca La Luisa takes care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our Website. We do not sell or share any personal information gathered from our Website. In order to process orders we need to obtain certain information such as your name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email and credit card information. Transactions on our Website are secured and our Website does not store your credit card information.
Finca La Luisa use customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, promotions and contests. We may also use this information to make offers to you, to help us target specific products and services to you, and to help us develop and improve our Website and stores and tailor our Website and stores to your interests.
